Abstract:
Company “United Software Solutions” offers a transparent service that
recruits Eastern European programming talents for specific needs of our customers,
organizes the team’s operations, and then transfers ownership to them. This is called a
Build-Operate-Transfer model, which differs drastically from the normal outsourcing
agency contracts that people may be used to.
