Abstract:
The process of Integration in IT M&A processes was studied in this work. In this particular thesis researcher explicitly used at least 2 instruments. These were McKinsey 7S model and Value Chain analysis. And they helped a lot to structure and sort out the challenges that author had in the organization and integration process. Then he was able to find the ways to optimize the inefficiencies and find synergies between business units in the integrated organization after the merge process.
