dc.description.abstracten	This paper defines theoretical approaches to studying of the concept of “destruction” in psychology, sociology and philosophy based on the analysis of the concept of “information war”. The phenomenon of media terrorism is seen as a way of intimidating the media target groups by specific terrorist organizations to implement political, social and other aims by inducing and dissemination of information in the information space that provokes among the viewers a sense of fear and panic. Also this paper looks into if intensive coverage of terrorism in media fuel terrorism, analyzes the origins of media aggresion and its relationship with social destructiveness. According to one school of thought, terrorist organizations get huge media attention and by this media become hostages or even accomplices in their crimes as they play concluding part in terrorists’ scenario. Also paper analyzes “soft forms of terrorism” practiced by media itself when they use the same methods as terrorists to achieve competitive speed and tabloid form of presenting content such as overwhelming emotion concentration, giving the audience too graphic content or using any other forms of cruelty to create “the attraction of tragedies.”	uk
