dc.description.abstracten	This thesis focuses on analysing current news resources and optimization of accessi- bility. Other focus is performance of program, algorithms and tools connected to it. One of main things is implementation of solution with usage of Java programming language and spring framework. Data integrity is implemented with Apache Kafka. Two types of algorithm are proposed to implement main logic. As result, one of them is chosen and effective telegram bot with its implementation is created.	uk
