dc.description.abstracten Indoor positioning has many real-life applications and currently is an actively researched topic. Due to the low cost and power consumption of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), as well as its prominent usage in common devices, it is an attractive technology to base localization on. A recent development in this field is a multi-carrier phase-based ranging solution. This thesis proposes a new positioning system that uses sensor fusion to combine phase-based BLE ranging data with inertial module measurements. The system is then tested in the simulated environment, showing high positioning accuracy. uk
