dc.description.abstracten | Nowadays most modern systems/services are distributed and scalable to be able to meet the growing amount of data and users per product. Therefore, this thesis is related to the development of a multi-user distributed smart Face Recognition-based home lock. This system should provide the possibility for users to trigger the Face Recognition- based authentication process without direct contact with the lock, which should be comfortable for the user.
