dc.description.abstracten “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”, - famous quote from a legendary management guru and writer Peter Drucker. Nowadays corporate culture becomes a competitive advantage of many organizations. Business owners invest more money and resources into building a corporate culture that would support their business strategy and vision. Culture represents how a company interacts with its employees, partners, vendors and clients. It dictates how the company perceives its role and the beliefs in order to achieve its goals. It is a driving force that supports business leaders in making most strategic decisions and helping companies survive through hard times. Corporate culture has become known to drive employee performance and define the amount of risks a business can take in order to achieve its goals. Marketing advantage of corporate culture shouldn’t be undermined since culture represents what kind of people work for the organization, what their believes and behaviors are and how they treat their customers. In a global world it has become a public information that can influence many investing and partnership opportunities. uk
