dc.description.abstracten	This report is based on the analysis of the European market of paddles for water sports made of composite materials. It is conducted in order to analyze the prospects of a young Italian company and to assess the volume of investments and their profitability. At the time of the analysis, the company had a number of developments in the production of paddles and positive feedback from professional paddlers. But practically there was no organized sales system, accounting or processes. And there was a complete lack of understanding of EU market capacity.	uk
